Refund policy

We have a 03 day return policy, which means you have 03 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will refund you 50% from your product purchased price.

To be eligible for a return,

- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,

- With tags, and in its original packaging.

- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hdfashiondesigners@gmail.com by informing us the particular issue exists with the attachments in order to prove above return eligibility criteria. The good news is that you do not need to return the product physically as we allow you to keep the product with you.

However, in addition to above, you are required to email us,

1. Clear videos and

2. Clear photos

which enable us to realise the particular issue exist on the product.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) and accessories ( such as mugs, pet accessories, gift cards, jewelleries). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. However, please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We are happy to review the matter and make the best justification to our customer.

 

Exchanges
Customers are not permitted to request exchanges for returned products. We offer refunds equal to 50% of the purchased product price for eligible returns. If you wish to obtain a different product, you will need to place a new order separately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return based on your clear photos and videos, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded 50% from your product purchased price within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 20 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hdfashiondesigners@gmail.com.
